The mission of the Howell Township Special Education Parent Advisory Council (SEPAC) is to facilitate communication between students, parents, staff, district leaders, and the community, with regards to the districts’ special education programs, for the purpose of advising the administration on matters pertaining to improving the quality of special education district wide.
