Special Education Parent Advisory Council (SEPAC) of Howell
School districts are required to have a special education parent advisory group. The purpose is to provide input to the district on issues concerning students with disabilities.
In Howell Township, we have a parent committee called SEPAC which stands for Special Education Parent Advisory Committee. The mission of the Howell Township Special Education Parent Advisory Council (SEPAC) is to facilitate communication between students, parents, staff, the Board of Education, and the community, with regards to the districts’ special education programs, for the purpose of advising the administration on matters pertaining to improving the quality of special education district wide.
