Preschool Registration Process
STEP 1:
Use the district’s MySchool Locator to determine the school the student will attend based on the home address. District reorganization, budgetary fluctuations, class size considerations or a student’s needs, could impact your child’s school of attendance. Note the school name and continue with Step 2.
STEP 2:
Complete the Online Pre-Registration. Please note, preschool students SHOULD NOT schedule an appointment with the Central Registration office as they will be attending an in-person registration event to collect and verify required documents. During the in-person event, the Registrar will review the required documents and proofs of residency.
IMPORTANT: Write down the username and password when creating your parent/guardian account.
STEP 3:
Download, print and complete the Residency Affidavits and Health Requirement Forms Packet and bring the completed packet with you to the upcoming in-person registration event. If you do not have access to a printer, copies of the Residency Affidavits and Health Requirement Forms Packet can be picked up at the central registration office.
NOTE: The affidavits and supplemental registration forms submitted are legal documents. By signing these forms, you are certifying that the information being submitted is true to the best of your knowledge. In the event that any of the information submitted is found to be fraudulent, you may be subject to criminal and civil penalties and tuition may be assessed for any period of ineligible attendance.
STEP 4:
Locate the required documents listed below and bring them with you to the in-person registration event.
REQUIRED DOCUMENTS FOR REGISTRATION
- Certified birth certificate with raised seal. Digital or photocopies will not be accepted.
- Parent/Guardian driver's license or valid photo ID
- 2 Proofs of Residency. View the required and accepted Proofs of Residency.

- Student’s current physical exam and immunization records.
STEP 5:
Attend the in-person registration event on December 5, 2023. NOTE: Additional dates for in-person preschool registration events will be announced for you to attend an in-person registration event if you are not available to attend on December 5. Allow yourself time to complete all required documents before attending our in-person registration events.
