Parent Portal: Retrieving Account Information

The following are instructions for retrieving your Parent Poral account username and/or password:
 
   1. Click on the Forgot Username or Password link.

 2. A screen will open up with two tabs, on for Forgot Password and one for Forgot Username. 
  • To retrieve a password: enter the parent's username and email address and click Enter (see screenshot below).
  •  
  • To retrieve a username: enter the parent's email address and click Enter (see screenshot below).

The parent will receive a separate email  for each instance of clicking Enter in either circumstance. Parents should follow the instructions in the email received to login to the Parent Portal account. If a parent does not receive an email within a hour of clicking Enter, they should contact the school for assistance. Parents should also check their spam and junk folders, in case the emails are redirected by your email provider's firewall.
