Integrated Preschool Registration

Attention Howell Township Parents of Preschool Age Children

The Howell Township Public School District is pleased to announce the seventeenth year of its integrated preschool program beginning September 2021. The program will serve three (3) and four (4) year old children; classes will be balanced based on age. Morning and afternoon sessions will be held five days per week. Preschool students with disabilities and typically developing preschoolers will come together in an inclusive classroom where language, academic and social skills will be developed in a nurturing environment.

Enrollment is open to typical preschool students who will be selected via a lottery process. Tuition for the program will be $3,200.00 for the 2021-2022 school year. Parents may choose to make one payment for the entire cost or pay the tuition as per a specified fee schedule. Transportation may be available for a fee; otherwise parents will be responsible for transporting their child/children to and from the program. 

The lottery drawing will be held virtually on Friday, May 7, 2021 at 2:00 P.M. Parents do not have to be present for the lottery drawing, but they are welcome to attend. A link will be emailed to all applicants who submit an application by April 30, 2021. Parents of students chosen will be notified by mail. To qualify, a child must be three (3) years old on or before October 1, 2021.

Applications for the program are available at the Howell Township Public Schools’ Administrative Office at 4567 Route 9 North, 1st Floor, Suite D, Howell. They will also be available in each Howell School’s main office and on our website, www.howell.k12.nj.us.
